Golloborda (Bulgarian: Голо Бърдо 〔 〕 and Macedonian: Голо Брдо; (アルバニア語:Golloborda)), refers to a geographical area situated primarily in eastern Albania, with a small portion consisting of two villages lying within the Republic of Macedonia. This region is located within the Dibër and Elbasan counties which contain both Macedonian and Albanian villages. This area contains a Macedonian minority (of mixed Orthodox Christian and Islamic confession) of about 5000 to 30000 and also smaller numbers of Aromanians, Bulgarians and Turks.〔 〕 The official report from Albania is that there is only an ethnic Macedonian minority recognized among the south Slavic nationalities. ==See also==
